| Never shoot the messenger! |
OK perhaps I speak up a little too much and that could bother some. My apologies ahead of time to this “sensitive” and/or “politically correct” crowd. But, many others have told me that I have an “interesting way of presenting it” and that I have made a difference in how they think. And that is simply my only goal, to encourage thinking and discussion.
Certainly don’t believe me, but don’t “necessarily” believe the other guys either (especially “official sources” like the media or “the internet” or even the official government sources sometimes). Rather, you should critically assess everything with your own brain and senses, using reason and logic. If something looks or smells funny or as they say “quacks like a duck”, in my experience it is usually because it is a duck (regardless of what it’s lawyers or publicists may say).
For 1,500 years all humans thought the earth was flat and the center of the Universe (except for two guys in Italy who kept quiet rather than be burned at the stake). Just because the majority thinks something is, does not always make it so.
And always please try to look beyond the foibles of the messenger to see the real message.
